4. Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment partners. As such, by placing an order, you, the customer, agree to act as the importer of the goods into Australia and accept full responsibility for complying with local import laws and regulations.

Standard Shipping: 5 to 15 business days (average timeframe)
Some orders may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on customs clearance and logistics delays beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As the importer of record, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective or significantly different from its description. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with photo evidence.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays outside our control.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is processed and sent to our fulfillment partners, and cancellation is no longer possible.
